The Naveen Baran Utsava

   

was observed from morning 6.00 a.m. onwards. Special puja of Bhagawan Sri Ramakrishna was performed with devotion to evoke the blessings of Sri Sri Thakur for the overall betterment of the new comers students of Class XI at Hr. Secondary Hostel Prayer Hall.  Bhajans and Havan were performed by the students.

In the evening at ‘Chetana Hall’ (Hr. Secondary) Fresher introduced themselves and presented a beautiful cultural programme. At 8.30 p.m. prasad distributed among the teachers, staff by the students.

Vanamahotsava

Under the guidance of Swamijis, Divisional Forest Officer, Deomali and some other officers and the teachers, the students of class IV to XII of Ramakrishna Mission, Narottam Nagar, planted more than 600 saplings of Orange, Guava, Agar, Beetle Nut, Neem, Amla etc within the campus, along side the road from Devabhumi towards IRBN camp and also at Primary School area at Mopaya village. to mark the special day.

Final Match of “Inter-House Football competition

   

Final Match of “Inter-House Football competition” of Secondary Hostel was held at Mahavir Stadium between Rana Pratap House VS Chatrapati Shivaji House. Chatrapati Shivaji House was the winner.

Free Medical Checkup Camps

Free Medical Checkup camp was held at our “Swasti” by Dr. (Mrs.) Debjani Chowdhury, Gynaecologist from Kolkata. 74 patients were treated. Free medicines were also given.

10 June 2011
Dr. K Nath, M.D. (O & G), conducted free Medical camp at Swasti & Mopaya village and treated more than 100 patients and free medicines were also distributed.

18 July 2011
Dr. Kaushik Dey, Gynaecology, Tinsukia, Assam conducted free Medical camp at Jaypore, Assam & Swasti, Narottam Nagar and treated more than 126 patients and free medicines were also distributed.
